Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Cape Town seeks an IT Solution Delivery Manager for eCommerce & Loyalty programmes. You will own end-to-end delivery across web, mobile, order management, payments and CRM, translating business priorities into executable roadmaps and ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor performance, optimise customer journeys and drive loyalty initiatives with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years IT senior management experience, preferably in ecommerce and loyalty environments.
• Experience delivering and operating high-volume ecommerce platforms for a large retailer.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into executable roadmaps and manage cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Plan and coordinate resources to meet IT demand and priorities.
• Ensure production uptime, data integrity and SLA compliance.
• Drive vendor negotiations and performance to deliver services.
• Own the technology roadmap for ecommerce and omnichannel capabilities.
