Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking an IT Solution Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for e-commerce, omnichannel journeys and customer loyalty programs. You will translate business priorities into executable roadmaps, ensure scalable and secure delivery, and drive measurable outcomes including digital sales growth and loyalty engagement.

Qualifications

• 6-8 Years IT Senior Management experience, preferably in the e-Commerce and Loyalty environments.
• 5 years managing multiple projects and project managers or complex IT programmes.
• Extensive experience planning and managing a large team’s workload and activities.
• Evidence of quickly identifying and implementing change and improvements in a systematic way.
• Managing outsource and managed service/vendor resources.
• Demonstrable experience delivering and operating high-volume e-commerce platforms for a large retailer.

Responsibilities

• Develop the IT Roadmap in alignment with the business strategy.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, PMO and enterprise architect teams to prioritise requirements.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet IT demand and resolve resourcing issues.
• Ensure production uptime and data integrity according to SLA.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to meet SLAs.
• Define best-practice approaches to implement, design and integrate systems.
• Embed ITIL in the SDLC and clarify accountabilities.
• Drive project management principles to maximise IT support for business changes.
• Oversee annual and monthly budget processes and identify cost savings.
• Develop people to drive performance and innovation across partners and suppliers.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise capabilities and convert insights into business value.
• Own the technology roadmap for e-commerce and omnichannel across web/mobile storefronts and loyalty platforms.
