Job summary

Network IT in Johannesburg North is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience and a strong technical background in ALM and SDLC environments. The role entails designing IT solutions, collaborating with IT, executive management and clients to align initiatives with business strategy.

You will capture requirements, develop business cases and lead testing, while driving process improvements and ensuring project charters and budgets are upheld.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Business / Systems Analyst role.
• Strong experience with Software Development projects in an Agile environment.
• BCom Informatics Degree; Business Analysis Certificate would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and business needs, capture requirements, document specifications and present technical concepts to the development team.
• Develop business cases to assess process improvement opportunities.
• Improve business processes by implementing a clear strategy and tools/techniques.
• Lead testing and conduct end-user training.
• Project management: prepare project charters, cost estimates, ensure adherence to budgets.

• Experience in the financial technology (Fintech) industry would be an added advantage.
