The ideal candidate will have ITIL Expert and COBIT certifications, strong experience in software asset management and configuration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• ITIL Expert Certification
• COBIT Certification
• Software Asset Management (expert level)
• Configuration Management
• Cloud technologies and digital trends
• ServiceNow experience (preferred)
• Proven portfolio of ITIL Asset Management implementations
• Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows and processes

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, finalization and approval of IT Asset Management framework, policies, standards, and processes
• Ensure the policies, standards and processes comply with industry regulations, best practices
• Ensure all supporting and dependency practices are defined and documented (e.g. required configuration management practices)
• Attend required cadence with the Project team
