Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proficient Irrigation Systems Technician to join our agricultural operations team near Polokwane. This hybrid role combines on-site installation, maintenance and repair of drip, sprinkler and pivot systems with remote design consultation and data analysis to improve efficiency.

You will work independently on-site and collaborate remotely when needed, maintaining records of system performance and water usage, and contributing to sustainable water management through

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or certification in irrigation technology or agricultural engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience installing and maintaining agricultural irrigation systems.
• Proficiency with pumps, controllers, and water sensors.
