Placements24 is seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team in Klerksdorp, North West. The role covers design, installation, maintenance, and repair of complex irrigation systems to optimize crop yield and water use.

You will work with modern irrigation technologies, diagnose issues, read technical drawings, and support planning of new layouts while operating and maintaining specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in irrigation, plumbing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with agricultural irrigation systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of water management and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, center-pivot).

Requirements
