Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Investments, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience within investments, asset management, retirement funds, employee benefits, investment consulting, or a related financial-services environment.
• Experience in investment reporting and/or analytics.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Interest in automation, data visualization, and process improvement.
• Experience engaging with clients, advisers, or brokers is advantageous.
• Exposure to LEAN, reporting automation, process optimisation, or data analytics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Investment Reporting and Analysis: Produce accurate and timely investment reports.
• Review investment performance and portfolio data for accuracy.
• Identify and communicate meaningful investment insights.
• Support investment-related queries and ad hoc analysis.
• Develop understanding of investment portfolios, strategies, and market developments.
• Ensure reporting meets quality and deadline requirements.
• Process Improvement and Automation: Review and improve reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate, simplify, or automate manual tasks.
• Apply LEAN and continuous improvement principles.
• Improve controls, validation, and reporting accuracy.
• Develop scalable, repeatable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Scaling Reporting Across the Client Base: Develop efficient and scalable reporting solutions.
• Support broader access to customised investment insights.
• Tailor reporting approaches for different client segments.
• Improve proactive communication and insight-led reporting.
• Balance efficiency with quality and relevance.
• Broker Engagement and Client Support: Build broker relationships and support clients.
