Momentum is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end bulk investment operations across multiple platforms. The role acts as SME for corporate actions, fund rebalancing, and operational risk management, driving process optimisation and governance.

The incumbent provides technical guidance within the Bulk Trading Support & Fund Administration team, escalates complex issues, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely investment administration services.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Investments, Economics, Financial Services or Business Management.
• Preferred: BCom Finance, BCom Investment Management or Economics; related qualifications welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate processing of bulk investment administration activities.
• Oversee corporate actions processing across investment platforms.
• Manage wrap fund rebalancing activities.
• Investigate and resolve complex operational queries.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and turnaround times.
• Review and approve exception processing and non-standard transactions.
• Maintain operational processes in line with policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, risk controls and produce MI.
