Qualifications

• Honours in Investment Management completed.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in Investment/Asset Management operations.
• Strong academic record at matric and university level is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and instruct rebalances of investor accounts using proprietary technology.
• Design, implement and monitor all business processes, ensuring accurate implementation of investment mandates and client instructions.
• Continuously improve processes with technology; keep operations scalable with minimal human intervention.
• Work closely with Asset Management to notify them of flows into funds.
• Scrutinise fund charges and reconcile to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Develop trusted relationships with investment platforms, advisers and clients as applicable; engage socially where beneficial.
• Be a safe pair of hands within the core operations team to oversee and deliver on company-wide projects.
• Develop and maintain expertise to contribute valuable input across the company’s business and investment proposition.
• Operate well within a small, entrepreneurial team run using Agile Scrum methodology.
