Communicate Finance is seeking a newly qualified CA(SA) to manage accounting and reporting across investment portfolios in a fast-paced environment. You will perform reconciliations, prepare management reports, and support cash flow management with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong technical accounting skills, advanced Excel, and excellent communication to liaise with stakeholders and senior professionals.

Formación

• Qualified CA(SA) with approximately 2 years of commercial experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and solid understanding of financial reporting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounting and reporting across investment portfolios and asset classes.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions and records.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and supporting schedules for key stakeholders.
• Assist with investment deployment tracking, distributions, liquidations, and cash flow management.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items, variances, and finance queries.
• Support compliance, audit and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with senior finance and investment professionals to improve processes and reporting efficiencies.
• Provide insights and analysis to support business and investment decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior finance team members where required.
