Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• MBA or CFA is preferred for advanced credentials.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in using financial databases and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in origination and execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch books for client presentations.
• Conduct industry research and company analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Support senior bankers in client meetings and relationship management.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and advisors throughout the deal process.
• Monitor market activities and analyze trends relevant to the client base in Tembisa.
