The role focuses on advising corporate clients on strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, with extensive financial analysis, valuation modeling, and market research to support deal execution.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of M&A transactions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial modeling, including valuation, LBO, DCF, and accretion/dilution analysis.
• Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors.
• Prepare detailed pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations.
• Identify and screen potential acquisition targets or strategic partners for clients.
• Assist in transaction negotiations and due diligence processes.
• Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting M&A activities.
