Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel with extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This critical role will support the company's strategic growth initiatives by providing expert legal advice on all aspects of M&A transactions, from initial structuring and due diligence through to closing and post-merger integration. You will collaborate closely with senior management, business development, and finance teams to ensure successful and legally sound deal execution. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and admission to practice law.
