Intembeko Investment Administrators seeks an Administrator to maintain high-quality standards while validating and processing client instructions with accuracy. You will deliver excellent client service and ensure timely completion of all pended work, following up as needed to meet service levels.

The role involves accurate input into the administration and workflow systems, ensuring compliance with business rules, and supporting the Team Leader and colleagues as part of a busy operations team.

Formación

• Matric/Grade 12 is required; tertiary qualifications are advantageous.
• 1 year experience in financial services or unit trust operations preferred.
• Accurate processing and validation of client instructions and adherence to SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Validate and process client instructions into the administration system accurately.
• Review input in the workflow system and maintain up-to-date records.
• Ensure turnaround times meet SLA and cut-off deadlines.
• Verify compliance with business rules and legal requirements.
• Assist in fraud and money-laundering prevention per regulations.
• Demonstrate understanding of Intembeko's offerings and apply to outputs.
• Identify and correct errors promptly and support team members.
• Take on ad hoc duties as required.
