Pro Talent in Durban is seeking an Investment Administrator to support investment operations and client management within a financial services environment.

You will prepare applications, process deposits and withdrawals, manage client statements, and liaise with advisers and fund managers to resolve inquiries. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and teamwork in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• At least one year's experience within investments.
• Understanding of FAIS and FICA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check, file, and submit investment applications and client onboarding documentation.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, account amendments, share enquiries, and share transfers.
• Prepare annual tax packs and respond to ad-hoc tax certificate requests.
• Obtain and distribute client investment statements and prepare reporting schedules.
• Liaise with clients, financial advisers, and portfolio managers to facilitate applications, service requests, and administrative queries.
• Coordinate with stockbrokers, investment platforms, fund administrators, and alternative investment providers to resolve requirements and queries.
• Maintain accurate client schedules, compliance records, electronic files, and system databases.
• Collaborate with Bobats Wealth on administrative requirements related to shared clients.
