Job summary

ACG Growth Partners is seeking a Junior Administrator in Durban to support the investment administration function. You will process applications from preparation to submission, and manage service requests, reporting and compliance tasks within a small team.

The role is office-based, with an established team and a three-month probation. Requirements include matric and at least one year in financial services, with FAIS/FICA understanding.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• At least one year of work experience within the financial services and investments industry.
• Understanding of FAIS and FICA legislation.
• On-site availability; not remote.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment applications and their supporting documentation.
• Gather client information and complete onboarding.
• Run compliance checks on every application.
• File and submit completed applications.
• Process deposits and withdrawals.
• Attend to account detail amendments.
• Handle share enquiries and transfers.
• Prepare annual tax packs and tax certificate requests.
• Distribute client investment statements and reporting schedules.
• Liaise with clients and advisers for requirements and queries.
• Maintain schedules and system databases.
