Job summary

Cipla is a leading healthcare company focused on making life-saving medications accessible. The role oversees warehouse operations, inventory control, and team leadership, ensuring compliance and efficiency in distribution across the supply chain.

The candidate will manage daily warehouse activities, drive budgeting and metrics, and maintain quality systems including cold chain processes. Prior pharma/food sector exposure and strong analytical skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSc Industrial Engineering or similar supply chain qualification.
• Excellent analytical abilities demonstrated in previous roles.
• At least 2+ years of leadership experience in a comprehensive supply chain environment.
• Pharma or food industry experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of quality and safety standards (OHS/ISO, GDP/cGMP).
• Proficient in MS Office (incl. Excel), WMS, and database systems.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations of the Warehouse.
• Financial budgeting, planning and metrics.
• Manage Warehouse teams regarding infrastructure, systems and analytics.
• System and Quality Management.
• Implement robust inventory processes to optimise stock levels.
• Oversee 3rd party inventory and process management.
• Manage cold chain operations.
