Job summary

Cipla is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily distribution centre operations, optimize stock levels, and drive accuracy in order processing. You will manage teams, implement process improvements, and ensure safety and quality standards across the facility.

The role requires 2+ years in a leadership capacity within supply chain, with preference for pharma/food sector experience and proficiency in WMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• BSC industrial engineering or any similar Supply Chain/IT qualification.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in comprehensive supply chain management environment.
• Minimum working experience of two (2) years pharma or food industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO/GDP/cGMP standards and safe work practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel), WMS and databases.
• Experience supervising multiple supervisors.
