Job summary

Cipla Africa in CPT is seeking an Inventory & Systems Manager to oversee distribution centre inventory, cycle counting, receiving, storing and shipping, while driving process improvements to meet customers’ expectations daily. You will lead the Warehouse team, optimize stock levels and reporting, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

A BSC in industrial engineering or a related supply chain/IT qualification plus 2+ years in a leadership role are required; pharma or food sector

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (BSC/related)
• Proven leadership in supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software
