Clicks Group Bellville is seeking a Receiving Administrator for Unicare Bellville to ensure precise stock data capture and support stock control. Based at Unicare 24 Hour Pharmacy, you will report to the Stock Admin Manager and collaborate with store teams to maintain data integrity.

The role requires 2 years of retail experience (pharmacy preferred), familiarity with Unisolv, and strong Excel skills. You will work with a team to meet deadlines while upholding confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in retail, preferably pharmacy, with inventory exposure.
• Familiar with inventory systems (Unisolv) and data entry tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock data.

Responsabilités

• Capture stock movement data (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments) into inventory systems.
• Verify physical stock counts against system records.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation processes.
• Liaise with storeroom and procurement teams to resolve stock-related queries.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company procedures.
• Report anomalies or inconsistencies in stock data for investigation.
