Job summary

NTT DATA in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and the full Talent Management suite.

Work closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, oversee upgrades and testing, and provide end-user training to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules

Required experience:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll .
• Strong functional knowledge of Talent modules .
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, API, middleware).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
