Responsibilities

• Plan all inventory purchases 6 months in advance for long lead time parts to align with production.
• Generate weekly buying reports for production and SKU replenishment.
• Perform daily inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and support uninterrupted production.
• Update product group codes every 4 months to reflect correct inventory movements.
• Update SKU levels every 6 months after group code updates, with branch manager/HOD sign-off.
• Create forward order buying reports to assist supplier planning.
