Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking an Inventory Data Analyst in Boksburg, Gauteng to support inventory planning, reporting, and stock optimization across locations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate data for replenishment, forecasting, and decision-making within a dynamic supply chain environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have: solid data modelling and interpretation abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stock optimization.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly buying reports to support replenishment and demand planning.
• Produce forward-order reports for long lead-time items.
• Maintain ABCD classifications and stock parameters.
• Prepare regular inventory reports including stock levels and valuations.
• Monitor stock accuracy and identify slow-moving inventory.
• Support planning, forecasting, and stock reconciliation activities.
• Validate buying reports before release to Procurement.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and branch managers for optimal stock availability.
