Job summary

Execustaff is seeking an Inventory Data Analyst for our East Rand operations. The role focuses on generating weekly and monthly inventory reports, aligning material availability with production plans, and maintaining ERP-driven data accuracy to support procurement and manufacturing activities.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in inventory analytics, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 and a diploma/degree in supply chain or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• 1–3 years’ experience in inventory control, reporting or analytics.
• Knowledge of inventory or ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC preferred).
• Inventory report writing and data management skills.
• Mining/production knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly buying reports for production demand and long lead time items (4–6 months).
• Coordinate fabrication and assembly planning to align material, workforce, and production timelines.
• Update major components buying reports and maintain ABCD product group codes every 4–6 months.
• Maintain monthly machine kits stock levels.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports and present to management.
• Monitor stock accuracy and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Generate Excel inventory reports and maintain current reports.
