Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• 3-4 years experience in stock control or a warehouse environment.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel and stock management systems).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Record all stock movements (inbound and outbound).
• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Update stock records and systems regularly.
• Report stock variances, damages, or losses.
• Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams.
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of goods.
• Comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.
