Sanitech a division of WACO Africa is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to enhance customer experience and support business growth. You will respond promptly to inquiries, prepare quotes, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in internal sales, strong communication skills, and a reliable transport. The role requires on-site work with a focus on hitting monthly sales targets and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Diploma in Sales advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in internal sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Own reliable transport required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries (walk-in, phone, email) professionally and promptly.
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with operations for delivery logistics and customer details.
• Support the debtors department in following up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain and update weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Welcome and assist all on-site customers.
• Generate manual delivery slips for direct customer purchases.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with stock ordering and periodic counts.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are met for outright purchases.
• Assist with outbound sales initiatives and customer visits when required.
• Adhere to Health & Safety protocols within the branch.
• Perform any additional duties reasonably assigned by management.
