Midvaal Recruitment is seeking an Internal Electrical Sales Consultant for its Bloemfontein branch. This role suits a motivated sales professional with a strong electrical and automotive background who enjoys building customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

You will promote products to walk-in and telephonic customers, process orders, monitor stock, and work toward achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Electrical Sales.
• Strong electrical background is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of automotive spare parts.
• Basic electrical automotive knowledge on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to walk-in and telephonic customers.
• Process and follow up on customer sales orders.
• Promote products and identify upselling opportunities.
• Contact customers to resolve queries and provide product assistance.
• Monitor stock availability and follow up on stock deliveries.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
