Job summary

IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, invites motivated professionals to join our expanding marketing team. You will implement and drive student recruitment activities, including school presentations, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective students.

Minimum requirements include a Marketing diploma and related experience. You will collaborate with schools, manage databases, and coordinate marketing events to support growth in student enrolments.

Qualifications

• Diploma NQF 6 in Marketing or related field.
• Sales experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders to raise Rosebank College awareness.
• Build relationships with guidance teachers at priority schools.
• Manage candidate database.
• Coordinate marketing events.
• Follow up with prospective students via calls to apply or register.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries.

Job Purpose:

This role includes the implementation of the total marketing process to achieve the pre-set targets for student recruitment. The process includes school presentations, student interviews and phoning prospective students.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Building to raise awareness of Rosebank College with Stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with Guidance teachers at the Priority Schools.
• Database Management.
• Coordinating Marketing events.
• Follow up on prospective Students (Call Students to apply or Register).
• Respond to all emails and telephonic queries.
• Manage stock of all marketing material.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma NQF Level 6 in Marketing or Similar
• Sales experience would advantageous
