Job summary

TFG is seeking an energetic Merchandise Planning and Allocation assistant to support stock allocation, replenishment and day-to-day stock management across stores in the Western Cape. The role involves data analysis, reporting and coordination with stores, suppliers and the Distribution Centre.

You will assist with stock movement, identify stock requirements, and help maintain accurate stock records, contributing to efficient stock control and merchandise availability.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Exposure to retail or stock management environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock allocation and replenishment to support the Merchandise Strategy.
• Monitor stock levels and merchandise movement across stores.
• Analyse sales, stock and store performance data to identify trends and stock requirements.
