Netcare invites you to join our team to enhance operational efficiency, client liaison and service delivery in a high‑demand environment. You will support administrative duties, patient care processes, and safety compliance while ensuring accurate documentation in line with HPCSA standards.

The role emphasises teamwork, adherence to regulations, and proactive communication with the Operations Manager and clinical teams to maintain service quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Essential Current HPCSA registration as AEA and up-to-date HPCSA guidelines.
• Essential A valid PDRP for passengers.
• Essential A valid Code 10 Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties and ensure documentation is completed.
• Maintain hospital records per internal requirements.
• Log and manage E-Patient/PRF forms and overtime/leave paperwork.
• Adhere to safety protocols and HPCSA guidelines.
• Ensure vehicle and equipment checks and stock control.
• Maintain cleanliness and support CME training.
• Respond to emergencies and provide intermediate life support as per HPCSA.
• Engage with community projects as required.
