Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an Intermediate Desktop Engineer to provide advanced desktop support across Windows, macOS and Linux environments, handling troubleshooting, hardware/software management and system administration.

You will work more independently, upgrading configurations and performing detailed diagnostics for complex issues while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• Deeper technical knowledge across desktop support, troubleshooting and system administration.
• Advanced understanding of Windows, macOS and Linux, networks and IT security.
• Ability to work more independently and handle complex issues.
