Job summary

PPS is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Senior Manager: Business Analysis. The role focuses on functional and process analysis, design, and simulation to drive process improvement and change aligned with business strategies.

The ideal candidate will map processes, gather requirements, and document solutions while understanding business and technical problems. Exposure to Agile and SDLC, plus capability in producing quality artefacts, is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in process management and business analysis artefacts.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Ability to map processes and document requirements clearly.
• Familiarity with business architecture concepts and value streams.
• Ability to facilitate solution design and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional analysis, process analysis, design and simulation.
• Lead mapping sessions with business units to enable process improvement.
• Assist in quality improvement interventions and requirements gathering.
• Produce business specifications and document end-to-end business processes.
• Support production issues and ensure solutions meet requirements.
