You will gather, elicit and document requirements, develop user stories, and collaborate with developers, testers and analysts in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology delivery environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping and business analysis artefacts.
• Practical Jira and Confluence experience.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• The confidence to work with ambiguity and challenge assumptions constructively.

Responsibilities

• Discover, elicit and analyse business requirements.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and expected outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable delivery artefacts.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate and support stakeholder workshops.
• Maintain requirements traceability and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and senior analysts to resolve requirements gaps.
• Identify dependencies, risks, blockers and unanswered questions early.
• Support delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
