Qualifications

• Degree in Business Analysis or related field preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of process management and business analysis.
• Understanding of design thinking and agile methodologies.
• Experience with mapping sessions, requirements gathering, and documenting business needs.
• Ability to facilitate quality improvement interventions and translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Fill-in Production Support analyst role as needed.
• Assist end-users by identifying and replicating production issues.
• Log incidents and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Test data fixes and verify production incidents are resolved.
• Produce functional requirement specifications aligned to business requirements.
• Propose solution designs incorporating automation, digitization and AI where relevant.
• Capture operational service metrics as part of production support.
• Plan and optimize business workflows and end-to-end processes.
• Adopt and apply business process management standards.
• Document business capabilities and value streams for the solution.
• Elicit requirements and translate into a tangible business solution.
