Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with CA(SA) designation and 8+ years in finance leadership.
• Experience in commercial property, property funds, or real estate finance.
• Proven ability to lead multi-entity finance teams and interfaces with executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance function and monthly management reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end financial processes and closing.
• Provide accurate financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Ensure reliable, timely financial information and strong internal controls.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, and intercompany activity across portfolio.
