Job summary

Apex Group in Cape Town invites applications for a Project Manager, Integrations, AVP. The role oversees organisation, planning and end-to-end delivery of change projects, individually or as workstreams within programmes, often leading multiple projects in parallel to support strategic change.

You will coordinate with senior leaders to define scope, establish governance, manage risks, and deliver on initiatives such as external M&A integration, technology deployments, operating model changes,

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading change delivery projects or programmes.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams across jurisdictions.
• Strong governance, planning, and delivery discipline.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; additional languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Define and agree delivery scope with senior leaders.
• Establish governance framework and resources.
• Develop detailed delivery plans covering full scope.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues across jurisdictions.
• Prepare project artefacts: RAIDs, change logs, etc.
• Ensure quality, timeliness and budget adherence.
• Report status to PMO and sponsors.
