About the Role

The Integration Manager ensures that long-, medium- and short-term mine plans are aligned, executable and translated into coordinated operational schedules. The role integrates production, maintenance and outsourced services to improve schedule compliance, manage execution risks and support the safe, cost-effective achievement of mine performance targets. The role also provides independent planning assurance, supports Production Services interventions, evaluates system health and drives the continuous improvement and governance of planning processes across the mine.
