Job summary

Sasol is hiring an Integration Manager at Secunda, Mpumalanga to align long-, medium- and short-term mine plans with operational schedules. The role coordinates production, maintenance and outsourced services to improve schedule compliance and drive safe, cost-effective performance.

You will provide independent planning assurance, evaluate system health and govern planning processes, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring execution readiness in a 24/7 mine environment.

Qualifications

• University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Mine Managers Certificate of Competence (MMCC) required.
• Experience in integrated planning and mine scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated planning across production, maintenance and outsourced services.
• Lead cross-functional prioritisation and scheduling across shafts.
• Ensure plan compliance, risk mitigation and execution readiness.
• Provide independent assurance and governance for planning processes.
