Job summary

MiWay is seeking an iReferSales Agent to engage with clients, promote Value Added Products, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and accurate data capture within a compliant framework.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of call centre sales experience, strong communication skills, and prior iRefer/short-term insurance exposure in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 is required.
• STI FAIS Credits (as per DOFA date) required.
• At least 1 year of call centre sales experience.
• Previous short-term insurance experience.
• Previous iRefer experience in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective MiWay clients to promote Value Added Products.
• Maximise every customer interaction by identifying sales opportunities and delivering service.
• Provide customers with relevant product information and use persuasive sales techniques.
• Accurately capture data, maintain records, and adhere to company policies and compliance.
