Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a sharp Insurance Risk Analyst for their Kimberley office in the Northern Cape. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks across insurance operations, analyzing trends to support risk-aware decisions and protect assets.

You will collaborate with underwriting, claims, and actuarial teams, develop risk management frameworks, monitor regulatory changes, and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in risk analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis software.

Responsibilities
