• Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management or legal role within insurance/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SA insurance regulations (FAIS Act, Insurance Act) and relevant legislation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and investigative skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in internal audits and policy development.
