Job summary

OUTsurance is expanding its broker network with a Tied Agent model in Stellenbosch. The role focuses on growing and developing a book of short-term insurance, selling personal and Commercial lines through proactive prospecting and door-knocking.

The successful candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, solid sales experience, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative Commercial team. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Matric or NSC completed.
• FAIS credits or Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on DOFA).
• RE5 certification (where DOFA requires).
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and opening doors.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance.
• Sell personal and Commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business.
