OUTsurance in Bloemfontein is expanding its broker network with a dedicated OUTsurance Broker - Tied Agent. The role focuses on growing a book of short-term insurance, selling personal and commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business.

You will report to the Regional Manager, work in a dynamic, inclusive environment, and support career advancement through a comprehensive six-week training program and sales enablement resources.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent
• Own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access to the vehicle
• FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (RE5 if applicable)
• 3 years external sales experience in a face-to-face environment

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance.
• Sell personal and commercial lines through prospecting and canvassing for new business.
• Report to regional manager and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
