Job summary

You will assist with insurance administration, client interactions, policy processes, and general office administration to ensure efficient service delivery and a high standard of client support. The successful candidate will be employed directly by the Broker they support, while working within the Certisure brokerage network.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance administration or related office support is preferred.
• Ability to handle client communications professionally and efficiently.
• Familiarity with policy processing, renewals, and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support on asset and crop insurance by handling quotations, policy administration, claims processing, renewals, and client communication.
• Maintain and update client databases and support the Broker in delivering timely and compliant insurance services.
• Ensure smooth office operations through professional client interaction, managing appointments, filing, confirming insurance cover, and IT-related tasks.
