Dotsure Insurance is seeking an Insurance Accountant to deliver accurate financial reporting, maintain strong financial controls and support statutory and regulatory compliance.

Based in George, Western Cape, this on-site, permanent role will work with the Financial Manager and stakeholders to produce meaningful financial information that supports operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Preparing month-end journals, reconciliations and financial reports
• Producing accurate management accounts and financial reporting
• Supporting the preparation of IFRS-compliant annual financial statements
• Assisting with audits and regulatory reporting
• Preparing VAT and income tax calculations
• Managing partner-related financial reporting and settlements
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
• Working collaboratively across finance and operational teams
