Job summary

Samancor Chrome in Limpopo seeks a senior maintenance professional to lead the Asset Capability Assurance process, shaping strategies for plant and equipment maintenance and shutdowns. Qualifications

Engineering or technical qualification aligned to maintenance of plant and equipment.
Strong PLC/SCADA and industrial automation knowledge.
Experience with SAP/IMS/EBMS/COUPA/MES systems is preferred.
Proven leadership and continuous improvement track record.

Responsibilities

Define equipment criticality and manage maintenance strategy for the plant.
Lead safety and SHEQ requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
Manage section performance, budgets, and talent development.
Oversee work execution, planning, and contractor coordination.
Drive continuous improvement through Operational Excellence.
