Job summary

Accenture seeks a Training Delivery professional in South Africa to develop and deliver instructor-led courses, applying blended learning approaches, and partner with SMEs to create effective curricula.

You will monitor learning environments, prepare internal faculty, and support continuous improvement in learner engagement within a dynamic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Training Delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Instructor-Led Training.
• A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
• High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to support new course development.
• Monitor and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment, including classroom settings, courseware, and curriculum.
• Master course or procedure content to facilitate learning through a blended approach.
• Prepare internal faculty members to effectively conduct training sessions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
