As a Product Designer at Accenture South Africa, you'll lead multidisciplinary initiatives that bring user needs, business goals and technological possibility into the same room.

This role goes well beyond UX and UI execution. It spans product strategy, scalable design practice, and AI-driven innovation. You'll guide design teams, shape client relationships, and position design as a catalyst for measurable business outcomes — not a service function downstream of the decisions.

The role demands foresight: creating sustainable, tangible solutions that can be tested, validated, and embedded seamlessly into people's daily lives, delivering both immediate impact and long-term value.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years in UX, UI and product design — ideally in consultancy or digital product environments
• Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both craft-level design and systems-level thinking

Tools & Technical Knowledge

• Strong expertise in Figma, prototyping software, and the MS Office suite
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design technologies
• Comprehensive understanding of branding, marketing, data, social media, business analysis, and development

Leadership & Ways of Working

• Proven ability to lead teams, scale systematic design practices, and embed efficient workflows
• Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and influencing skills for senior stakeholders
• Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain organisational efficiency
