Responsibilities

• Enhance OT systems to align with evolving business requirements.
• Maintain applications and infrastructure according to SLAs.
• Define and review technical requirements focusing on integration, performance, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage capacity and monitor KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational effectiveness.
