Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the design of heavy mechanical equipment, with mining sector experience.
• Proficiency in CAD packages (SolidWorks, CATIA) and FEA analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of material science, fatigue analysis, and wear resistance in harsh environments.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as power transmission components.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
